A 计划

换来换去,还是不满意,
为什么全部的衣裤都缩水了的呢?
这件又小了,那件又短了...
不止一次觉得很紧,又很难呼吸,
长时间穿着,可说是相当恼人的一件事来的。

以前,
不管怎么吃都不长肉,还学人家吃什么增肥的东东,
现在,
不管怎么不吃不喝,团团肉哥肉姐还是涌着出来......


我想,是时候来个大反省了啦!



第一,
一定要意志力坚定,表懒惰做运动。
所以,每个星期至少要跑步三次,游泳一次。
虽然不能像以前在马国时又羽毛球又壁球又游泳又健行,
但总好过什么都不做嘛!

第二,
少喝冰冰水,尤其是汽水。
汽水大王的称号,是时候该拿掉了...

第三,
戒零食。
如果忍不住口,就选择健康零食吧!

呵呵,
我想,
有了这些计划后,
那件比基尼就能在下月的沙滩之旅登场了也!

  3. ya 汽水大王, drink less Coke from now on, and don't drink diet Coke, it contains ingredients bad to the health. u think u put on weigh liao ? to me u will always look as thin as u were leh no matter how much u eat, ha...ha.. : P
